What is aspireMKTPLC?
aspireMKTPLC is the online destination for savvy consumers looking for a uniquely Black curated shopping experience. We are building a community to support Black-owned businesses, so we hope you discover your new favorite brand today!
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States; however, at this time, we are unable to ship to California, Nevada, and Virginia. We hope to add customers in these states to our family soon!
What is the cost of shipping?
Standard Shipping (Orders $50+) = FREE
Standard Shipping (Orders under $50) = $4.99
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.
Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days after order is placed.
At this time, we are unable to offer expedited shipping.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Email us at customerservice@aspire.tv and we’d be happy to help you through a return or exchange. Your return must be processed within 10 days after your order was received for a full refund. Refunds sent in without prior contact will be denied. All exchanges must be for equal or lesser value.
How can I get my products featured on aspireMKTPLC?
Please email us at customerservice@aspire.tv with the below information to be considered:
- Brand Name
- A short blurb (3-4 sentences) about the brand & Founder’s motivation
- Website
- Linesheet (or document with product information and pricing)
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major debit/credit cards.

aspireMKTPLC is based in the USA and our business days are Monday to Friday. We aim to respond to all inquiries within forty-eight hours, so hold tight—we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
