This collection of jewelry was created by 22-year-old Christian Francois – a first-generation Haitian-American from South Florida who wanted to make a statement that differed from just the average slogan t-shirt line. Best Girl Offical was birthed out of her desire to better not only herself but to also empower other women to do the same!
